SMART Local 66 is excited to announce that the Washington State Building & Construction Trades Council has posted its 2024 Ann Gallagher Memorial Scholarship. The amount of the Scholarship is $1,000.00 and is available to graduating high school seniors whose parent/guardian is a member of an affiliated union.​
