Holaday-Parks Boeing Project | Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 66

PROJECT OVERVIEW

On this project, Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 66 members at Holaday-Parks designed and built a supply and return system for the Boeing 40-25 777x Wing Body Joiner in Everett, WA. Once the duct was built, it was placed underground and back filled with CDF and concrete.

The duct was constructed out of ¼” plate wrapped in WF Beams from W8x24 to W12x50. The duct itself ranged from 40”x76” to 120”x76” with the shortest spool being 8’ long (3,800 lbs.) and the longest being around 18’ long (8,500 lbs.).

Sheet Metal Workers who built the duct include Alberto Villanueva, Tim McAbee, Dean McCloud, Vern McMurray, Dan Frazier, David Fenn (right to left on image.)
